Reheating instructions
Every dish is designed to reheat beautifully. Follow these guidelines and your meals will taste just as good on day four as they did on Sunday.
Pasta
Stovetop (preferred) or microwave
Stovetop / Oven
- 1Remove pasta from the container and place in a skillet or saucepan.
- 2Add 2–3 tablespoons of water or broth to the pan.
- 3Cover and heat over medium-low for 3–5 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- 4If the sauce looks thick, add another splash of liquid and stir to loosen.
- 5Serve immediately — pasta dries out quickly once reheated.
Microwave
Add a splash of water, cover loosely, and heat in 60-second intervals, stirring between each. 2–3 minutes total.
Storage
Best within 4–5 days. Do not freeze pasta dishes — texture suffers.
Fabio's tip
A small knob of butter stirred in at the end brings the sauce back to life.
